Detailed Eligibility Criteria of ITI/Vocational Training Scholarships

20. Scholarships to SC Students for ITI/Professional Studies, Gujarat
  • The students who are the permanent residents of Gujarat state and belong to SC category can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must be pursuing a professional or ITI course.
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 47,000 (for rural areas) and INR 68,000 (for urban areas).
19. Swami Vivekanand Stipend Scheme for ITI Courses, Gujarat
  • The scheme is open for students who are pursuing ITI courses (diploma, professional, technical or industrial).
  • The students must be the residents of Gujarat.
18. Scholarships for Diploma Courses, Himachal Pradesh
  • Bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh and wards of HP Government employees can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must be pursuing a diploma course in Technology/ Engineering/ Architecture or other equivalent courses.
  • The minimum percentage requirement in the last qualifying examination is 60% (except for SC/ST students).
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 36,000 per annum.
17. Technical Education Scholarships for ITI students, Himachal Pradesh
  • The scholarship is open for students who are permanent residents of Himachal Pradesh and are pursuing an ITI diploma.
16. NEC Merit Scholarship, Manipur
  • The bonafide students of Manipur can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must be pursuing a technical/professional course at diploma, degree, PG, M.Phil., or PhD level.
  • The minimum percentage requirement in the qualifying examination is 70% or above (for General/OBC students) and 60% or above (for SC/ST/PH students).
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 4.5 Lakhs.
15. NEC Merit Scholarship Tripura
  • To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a permanent resident of Tripura state.
  • They must be studying in a diploma/ degree/ PG/ M.Phil./ PhD course.
  • The minimum percentage requirement in the qualifying examination is 70% marks (for general candidates) and 60% marks (for SC/ST candidates).
  • The annual income of the family should be less than INR 4.5 Lakhs.
14. Professional Technical Training to Scheduled Caste Students, Maharashtra
  • The students having domicile of Maharashtra and belonging to SC category can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must have passed at least class 4.
13. Vocational Training for VJNT and SBC candidates, Maharashtra
  • Students having domicile of Maharashtra and belonging to SBC or VJNT category can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must be undergoing training from a government ITI.
12. SHDF Scholarships
  • The scholarship is open for students pursuing diploma, degree or postgraduate degree courses.
  • They must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in the previous two examinations.
  • The average annual income of the family should not exceed INR 1,80,000.
11. Keep India Smiling Foundational Scholarship Program
  • To apply for the scholarship for Diploma/Graduation courses, the students must have passed class 12 examination with minimum 60% marks and their annual family income should be less than INR 5 Lakhs.
  • To apply for the scholarship for Vocational courses, the students must have passed class 12 examination with minimum 60% marks and their annual family income should be less than INR 5 Lakhs.
10. Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities
  • Students belonging to the minority community can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must be studying in class 11, 12, graduation, postgraduation, technical or vocational courses, M.Phil., or PhD.
  • The minimum percentage requirement in previous examination is 50%.
  • The annual income of their family should be less than INR 2 Lakhs.
9. Financial Assistance for Vocational Training of Widows of ESM
  • This scholarship is applicable for the widows of Ex-servicemen ranking up to Havaldar or equivalent.
  • They must successfully complete vocational training.
  • They must be recommended by respective ZSB (Zila Sainik Board).
8. Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarship Scheme
  • The students studying in class 11, 12, ITI, diploma, graduation or post graduation courses can apply for this scholarship.
7. Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme
  • The scholarship is open for the dependent wards of Ex-servicemen/ Ex-coast guard personnel and their widows.
  • They must have taken admission in the first year of a diploma or degree course (either technical or professional).
  • The minimum percentage of marks to be obtained by them in the qualifying exam is 60%.
6. Kind Scholarship for Young Women
  • The scholarship is open for girl students of class 9 to 12, graduation, ITI, Polytechnic, Vocational and professional courses.
  • The annual family income should be less than INR 4 Lakhs.
  • They must have obtained at least 60% marks in the previous examination.
5. Sarla Devi Scholarship 2019
  • The scholarship is applicable only for students pursuing Arts, Science, Commerce or Vocational courses.
  • For Science (PCB/PCM/PCMB) and Arts courses, the students must have obtained at least 75% marks in class 12 and their family income should be less than INR 4.5 Lakhs.
  • For Commerce course, the students must have obtained at least 80% marks in class 12 and their family income should be less than INR 4.5 Lakhs.
  • For Vocational course, the students must be drop-outs and their family income should be less than INR 4.5 Lakhs.
4. HP Udaan Scholarship Program
  • For 1-year scholarship, the students must be enrolled in a 1-year ITI/diploma course and must secure at least 60% marks in class 10.
  • For 2-year scholarship, the students must be enrolled in class 11 or 2-year diploma/ITI/ polytechnic course and must secure at least 60% marks in class 10.
  • For 3-year scholarship, the students must be enrolled in the first year of college and must secure at least 60% marks in class 12.
  • The annual income of the family in all cases must be less than INR 4 Lakhs.
3. National Scholarship Exam (NSE)
  • This scholarship exam is open for students of class 5 to 12, diploma courses and degree courses.
2. HDFC Bank Educational Crisis Scholarship Support
  • The students studying in class 6 to 12, undergraduate, diploma, Polytechnic, ITI, postgraduate or PhD courses can apply for this scholarship.
  • They must be facing a family or personal crisis in the past three years due to which they are at the risk of dropping out of their education.
1. CLP India Scholarship Scheme
  • Residents of community catchment areas around all CLP Indie RE Assets business locations (Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana) can apply.
  • They must be studying in class 10 to 12, graduation, postgraduation, diploma, ITI or vocational training courses.
  • The family of the applicant must not own an air-condition, four-wheeler or LED TV.
